High-voltage center-mounted cabinet wall bushing TG1-10Q/100*100 ring network cabinet bus epoxy resin bushing 10~35KV
High-voltage through-wall bushings, hereinafter referred to as bushings, are suitable for three-phase AC systems in power plants and substations with rated voltages of (10~35) kV and frequencies of (15~60) Hz. They are used to guide conductive parts through partitions, walls, or other grounded objects, providing insulation support and fixed connections between external conductors (busbars).
Wall-penetrating porcelain bushings are used in power plants and substations for distribution equipment and high-voltage electrical appliances. They are designed to allow conductors to pass through grounded partitions, walls, or the casings of electrical equipment while supporting the conductive parts and insulating them from the ground or the casing.
Installation and usage instructions:
1. The through-wall porcelain bushing is suitable for AC power frequency rated voltage below 40.5kV, with the surrounding environmental temperature of the installation site ranging from -40℃ to +40℃, and an altitude not exceeding 1000m, for power stations and substations' distribution equipment.
2. Indoor through-wall bushings are not suitable for places where the porcelain glaze, metal accessories, or cement adhesive of the bushing can be damaged or reduce the electrical performance of the bushing.
3. If partial discharge occurs during the operation of the through-wall porcelain bushing, check if there is any local peeling of the aluminum spraying layer at the porcelain bushing flange or inside cavity. If so, temporary equalizing measures should be taken promptly.
4. When installing the busbar through-wall porcelain bushing, the wall hole should be drilled according to the maximum dimension of the bushing's flange reinforcement.
