Indoor electromagnetic lock DSN-JZ/Y for high-voltage switchgear, distribution cabinet, transformer cabinet door mechanism twist lock.

An indoor electromagnetic lock is an electrical control interlocking device designed to prevent electrical misoperations in indoor high-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used for interlocking on parts such as the front and rear doors, isolating switches, circuit breakers, and grounding lines of indoor high-voltage switchgear, to prevent misoperations. It is an indispensable interlocking device for power generation and supply departments.

To meet the needs of integrated automated substations, electromagnetic locks have also been equipped with auxiliary contacts inside the lock. This allows users to obtain corresponding switch contacts at the locked and unlocked positions of the lock, facilitating interlocking between locks and sampling for integrated automation, thus avoiding misoperation. It is an ideal locking device for modern substation equipment. The 'electronic control lock' addresses the issue of mechanical sequence locks' keys being unable to be managed and controlled in integrated automated substations.

When the latch is engaged, press the power button, the indicator light turns on, the electromagnet coil is energized, the core moves downward to release the lock bolt, which can then be unlocked by manually operating the unlock lever. After completing the unlocking process, the lock bolt automatically resets and remains in the locked position.

When the latch contact does not engage, the lock cannot be opened. (This is the reason why power must be cut off to open the lock.)

In special cases, such as when the electromagnet loses power (no power supply), emergency unlocking can be achieved using a special key.
