Phase comparator HX2-2 phase checker live display device phase indicator high-voltage cabinet phase tester
The HX2 type phase comparator (PC) is designed for use with the DXN8D series indoor high-voltage live display device (with phase test terminals on the indicator panel). It is suitable for indoor applications ranging from 3.6 to 40.5 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz, particularly for substations and distribution centers with dual or multiple power supplies (especially when receiving power lines). After maintenance and before energizing, phase comparison can be performed at the low-voltage end without opening the switchgear cabinet door.
Usage Method:
Before phase comparison, ensure that the wiring inside the high-voltage switchgear is correct, meaning the connection wires between the voltage sensors and the voltage indicators must be in the correct phase sequence. When both high-voltage power sources are supplying power normally, and the voltage indicators on each power source switchgear show normal readings, proceed as follows: First, insert one end of the comparator plug into the L1 phase test terminal on the voltage indicator panel of the operating power source switchgear. Then, insert the other end of the comparator plug into the L1, L2, and L3 phase test terminals on the voltage indicator panel of the standby power source switchgear, and observe the status of the comparator's indicator lights.
