The cabinet heater device is mainly used for dehumidification. In environments with high humidity, condensation may occur inside the distribution cabinet, which can affect equipment usage and directly impact the operation of the mechanism, causing tracking and affecting the stable operation of electrical components. The function of the heater device is to control the temperature and humidity within the cabinet's operating environment. When the temperature is below the required level and the humidity is above the required value, the heating device will activate to heat the interior of the equipment, solving the condensation issue. It is applied to IS control cabinets, high and low voltage control cabinets, high and low voltage switchgear, ring main units, outdoor terminal boxes, mechanical control cabinets, box-type substations, dry-type substations, and other electrical equipment.

A lightweight fan heater that prevents the formation of water droplets. A single axial flow fan provides strong air circulation, stabilizing the temperature inside the switchgear box. When the fan fails, an internal safety cut-off switch stops the heater from continuing to heat.
