PTC semiconductor heater HG140, power range 25W to 150W, aluminum alloy heater for dehumidification inside cabinets, PTC heating core

This heater uses a PTC semiconductor heating core and can reach the rated operating temperature in 3 minutes. The combing cyclic heating technology heats up faster, providing efficient heating, dynamic temperature rise, and accurate temperature control. Additionally, the heater has an in-built temperature protection device, ensuring stable and safe operation for extended periods. The heater is made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy profiles, with surface insulation electrophoresis treatment, making it non-electrified and non-red, and resistant to corrosion.

These heaters are used in enclosures where damage from condensation must be prevented, or where the temperature may not fall below a minimum value. The aluminium profile heater body design has a chimney effect and distributes the heat evenly. The heaters are designed for permanent operation. Pressure clamb connectors save time and simplify installation.
